Wood is recruiting an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for our Engineering team in Abu Dhabi within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business. Based at our Abu Dhabi office, this role focuses on detailed design of ADNOC projects.

You will provide electrical engineering expertise across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, codes and best practices.

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for our Engineering team in Abu Dhabi within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at our office in Abu Dhabi.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a proven track record in the detailed design of ADNOC projects.

Job Objective

Provide electrical engineering expertise and technical oversight within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for ADNOC oil and gas projects. Ensure that all electrical engineering activities performed by EPC contractors comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, applicable international codes, and industry best practices. Support project execution throughout FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases while ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency, and schedule adherence.
