Job summary

AMANA is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise, coordinate, and execute electrical works across construction projects in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations while leading on-site teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of wiring systems, LV switchgear, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV installations, with excellent reporting and communication skills to keep projects on schedule and within

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising electrical works on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, wiring systems, GI conduits, and cable tray installations.
• Hands-on experience with LV switchgear installations, cable terminations, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
• Good understanding of DEWA, ADDC, and other local authority regulations and installation requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, load schedules, and specifications.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
• Experience in ELV systems installation is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and execute all electrical works across construction projects.

• Manage manpower and coordinate with other trades on site.
