Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in the UAE seeks a senior governance and transformation leader to advance unified ECCD operations across OCCs. You will shape strategy, drive performance governance, and coordinate cross‑agency initiatives to improve efficiency and risk-aware readiness.

Responsibilities cover setting executive plans, guiding transformation roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with leadership priorities while mentoring staff and managing contracts and projects within ECCD and EC3

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Operations.
• 9+ years with Master’s degree or 11+ years with Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervision, preparation, and development of the operational and strategic frameworks for the ECCD, following up the implementation and ensuring compliance.
• Advise on the determination of the future directions of the ECCD and ensure plans support RTA leadership positions.
• Help develop ECCD Transformation Road Map and Development Plans to improve EC3 efficiency and support Leadership.
• Assist in preparation and follow-up of Executive and Operation Plans for ECCD and ECCD Sections.
• Advise on initiatives within the Development Road Map impacting other RTA Agencies and Sectors.
