Job summary

MPH is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) professional to oversee site activities in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and conduct rigorous inspections of electrical systems and instrumentation installations for performance and safety.

The role requires hands‑on experience with OHL, UPS, switchgear, PT/TT, cable laying, and trench work, along with strong documentation and coordination with civil/mechanical interfaces.

Qualifications

• ADNOC project standards experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with OHL, UPS, Switchgear, PT/TT, cable laying, trench work, and site activities.
• Good understanding of civil and mechanical interfaces.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure E&I work is carried out in full compliance with ADNOC project standards, codes, and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and instrumentation installations to verify correct performance and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and any non‑conformances for quality audit purposes.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure they follow all quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify quality‑related issues, recommend corrective actions, and support improvements to enhance overall project outcomes.
