Job summary

NMDC Careers seeks a Lead Project Engineer (E&I) to oversee electrical and instrumentation activities for major offshore and onshore projects in the UAE. You will coordinate with PMT, Subcontracts, Procurement, and QC to ensure delivery within schedule and budget.

You will lead a team of site and yard engineers, drive HSE compliance, and manage documentation, approvals, and final deliverables. A strong PM/leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or E&C from an accredited university.
• MBA or engineering management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate E&I activities with Project Management Team and other disciplines.
• Execute project in all phases (PMT/Construction/Offshore) per QAS procedures and HSE requirements.
• Provide input to schedules for Yard, Offshore and Onsite construction.
• Finalize construction deliverables like Installation Procedure and I&T Plan.
• Draft correspondences on E&I issues for review and signature.
• Follow up for Client approvals on drawings and documents.
• Review subcontractor/vendor documents and ensure timely mobilization.
• Assist in providing technical input for new tenders during bidding stage.
• Monitor needs and initiate job instructions and variation proposals.
