Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a Senior Supervisor E&I for an offshore PMC project. The role leads electrical and instrumentation maintenance on offshore facilities, ensuring safe and reliable operation of complex power and control systems.

You will coordinate engineers, technicians, and contractors and drive maintenance planning, reliability initiatives, and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics engineering and 15+ years in

Qualifications

15+ years of offshore maintenance leadership experience.
5+ years in offshore projects and shutdowns.
Experience with safety-critical systems and process control.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance on offshore facilities.
Ensure safe, reliable operation of power, instrumentation, control systems and safety equipment.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Coordinate vendors and contractor teams for offshore work
Support reliability improvements and RCFA investigations.
Lead training and competency assessments for E&I staff.
Ensure PTW, JSA and LOTO compliance offshore.
Participate in offshore shutdown planning and execution.
