Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Contract Management professional to manage Drilling Services commitments, define tender strategies, and align with ADNOC standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8 years of experience in drilling technology, tendering, contracting, and cost engineering, with relevant certifications.

You will oversee Tender Board submissions, contract scoping, evaluations, mobilization, and ensure HSE/QA/QC compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/petroleum engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in drilling technology, tendering/contracting.
• Strong understanding of cost engineering and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify tender needs, build business cases, and obtain approvals.
• Prepare tender packages and participate in Tender Board submissions.
• Develop contract scope, pricing structures, and evaluation criteria.
• Review contract variations, ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate with HSE, QA/QC, and end users for contract alignment.
