The role requires leading and supervising the 3D modeling discipline using SmartPlant 3D, ensuring compliance with project standards and client specifications. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in 3D modeling for Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
• ADNOC or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 3D modeling discipline using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) for EPC projects.
• Develop and review 3D models for piping, equipment, HVAC, structural, and civil disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and clash‑free models.
• Generate accurate isometric drawings, material take‑offs (MTOs), and reports from the 3D model.

Job description

Archirodon, having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value to its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance.

Archived project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre‑commissioning, commissioning/start‑up of Hydrocarbon & non‑Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 3D modeling discipline using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) for EPC projects.
• Develop and review 3D models for piping, equipment, HVAC, structural, and civil disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and clash‑free models.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to SP3D designers and junior modelers.
• Generate accurate isometric drawings, material take‑offs (MTOs), and reports from the 3D model.
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash‑free and compliant designs.
• Implement revisions and updates in the 3D model based on engineering inputs and project changes.
• Ensure adherence to project standards, client specifications, and international codes.
• Maintain model integrity throughout all design phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Piping, or relevant discipline) or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in 3D modeling for Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
• Strong proficiency in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) and related engineering tools.
• ADNOC or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
