Job summary

The position directs MEL, donor stewardship, and governance across UN and external partners, while ensuring compliance and high-impact programming in a dynamic, globally engaged setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in non-profit international grantmaking or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage innovative grantmaking instruments and portfolios.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex organizational processes.
• Strong relationships with international partners and donors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of UNF’s grantmaking strategy and governance.
• Oversee regranting and UN collaborations to expand impact and efficiency.
• Design new grantmaking instruments and improve workflows and standards.
• Monitor and improve MEL practices, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Guide internal partners on grantmaking compliance and donor expectations.
