Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a senior corporate banking professional to grow large account portfolios and manage sensitive client relationships within the PCG segment. You will supervise day-to-day client interactions, drive revenue targets, and ensure credit quality while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, originating opportunities, and coordinating with product teams and governance forums to close deals while managing risk across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline required.
• MBA preferred for senior roles.
• Deep knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking sector.
• Understanding FAB's product offering and business strategy.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client financials and market geography to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business opportunities with target clients and close deals.
• Manage client relationships to maintain satisfaction and portfolio quality.
• Collaborate with product partners and international banking to drive cross-sell.
• Ensure compliance, KYC, AML, and risk controls are met.
• Lead and develop junior staff; achieve revenue targets and service quality.
