We are currently looking for Senior Digital Transformation -BSS/OSS for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in telecom project/programme management with at least 5 years focused on BSS/OSS transformation in the GCC or MENA region.
- Strong knowledge of GCC telecom regulatory environment (e.g. CITC, TDRA, CRA).
- Demonstrated success managing complex multi-vendor system integrations.
- Strong grasp of TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TAM) and Open Digital Architecture principles.
- Expertise in managing agile delivery frameworks (e.g. SAFe Scrum) ideally in hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (public/hybrid cloud Kubernetes microservices).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills especially in multicultural and matrixed environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to align project goals to business outcomes.
- Experience with OSS/BSS transformation in greenfield brownfield or consolidation contexts.
Accountabilities
- Lead complex digital transformation program across BSS/OSS domains.
- Drive the replacement or enhancement of legacy systems with agreed platform focusing on a Digital first approach.
- Establish strong project governance and delivery cadence across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders across Technology, Commercial, Channels, and regulatory functions.
- Manage vendor relationships with major telecom solution providers.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure solutions align with long-term IT and network evolution strategies.
- Implement agile and DevOps practices where appropriate while ensuring compliance with local regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
- Drive business case realization and ensure alignment to KPIs, budget and timelines.
- Act as a change leader to foster adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working across the organization.
- Provide regular status reporting to steering committees and executive leadership.
