Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in delivering projects in alternate delivery channels within a Bank.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization.
• Project Management Prince II or Project Management Institute (PMI) or Agile (or equivalent) Certification.
• Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies.
• Planning, analytical and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation across digital channels.
• Plan and coordinate onboarding, usage, and migration initiatives.
• Ensure that all services meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage self and team in line with people management policies.
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures.
• Manage and motivate the team for change initiatives.
• Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards in customer interactions.
