About the Client:

A UAE-based enterprise with 20 years of expertise, seamlessly blending retail and distribution, investments, and real estate, and driven by sustainable expansion through deep market knowledge and hands-on leadership.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the luxury brand’s positioning and business objectives. Manage annual and monthly digital marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and key retail events.
  • Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI. Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage content creation for social media platforms, ensuring it reflects luxury standards and engages high-net-worth customers. Collaborate with creative and PR teams to execute brand campaigns digitally. Ensure a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Optimize website SEO/SEM to improve visibility and online traffic.
Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Filipino nationals, 40 years old and below.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • At least 4 years of experience as a digital marketing in the luxury retail industry in Dubai with proven expertise in managing social media platforms, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
  • Must have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing automation tools.
