Job summary

Qureos in Sharjah is looking for a DevSecOps Manager to establish and lead the DevSecOps practice. This strategic role requires strong leadership combined with technical expertise in cloud platforms and security integration.

The candidate will manage CI/CD engineering, oversee the development of container platforms, and ensure compliance with government standards. Candidates must possess significant experience in DevOps leadership and a strong background in Kubernetes and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• 7+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps leadership or management role.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale DevSecOps and container platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the DevSecOps Section including the organizational structure.
• Build and mentor a high-performing DevSecOps engineering team.
• Design and manage enterprise CI/CD platforms using GitLab.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps methodologies.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards.
