Job summary

Ultimate HR Solutions seeks a DevOps Lead to drive design, implementation, and management of cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. You will guide automation, security, scalability, and reliability across multi‑cloud and hybrid environments. The role requires 10+ years in DevOps, strong Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD expertise.

You will oversee the DevOps team, define best practices, and partner with cross‑functional groups to optimize deployments and performance.

Qualifications

10–15 years in DevOps, cloud infra and CI/CD with hands‑on delivery.
Expert in multi‑cloud setups (AWS/Azure/GCP) plus on‑prem OpenShift.
Deep Kubernetes experience across EKS/AKS/GKE/OpenShift with Helm.
Strong IaC skills: Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Ansible.
Hands‑on CI/CD: Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
Proficient in Python, Bash, and Lambda for automation.
Experience in DevSecOps and cloud security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Observability stack expertise: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, CloudWatch.
Networking and API gateway knowledge: Kong, Nginx, AWS API Gateway.
Lead and mentor junior engineers; drive DevOps best practices.
Hands‑on experience with VPCs, firewalls, security groups, etc.

Responsibilities
