Job summary

Ultimate HR Solutions seeks a DevOps Lead to drive design, implementation, and management of cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. You will guide automation, security, scalability, and reliability across multi‑cloud and hybrid environments. The role requires 10+ years in DevOps, strong Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD expertise.

You will oversee the DevOps team, define best practices, and partner with cross‑functional groups to optimize deployments and performance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in DevOps, cloud infra and CI/CD with hands‑on delivery.
• Expert in multi‑cloud setups (AWS/Azure/GCP) plus on‑prem OpenShift.
• Deep Kubernetes experience across EKS/AKS/GKE/OpenShift with Helm.
• Strong IaC skills: Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Ansible.
• Hands‑on CI/CD: Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, and Lambda for automation.
• Experience in DevSecOps and cloud security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Observability stack expertise: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, CloudWatch.
• Networking and API gateway knowledge: Kong, Nginx, AWS API Gateway.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; drive DevOps best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with VPCs, firewalls, security groups, etc.

We are looking for a DevOps Lead to spearhead the design,
implementation, and management of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
This role demands deep expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and modern
DevOps practices to drive automation, security, scalability, and reliability
across our platforms. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in
DevOps and be proficient in CI/CD automation, containerization, infrastructure
as code (IaC), and security best practices.

As a DevOps Lead, you will oversee the DevOps team, define
best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize
deployment workflows, security, and performance across multi-cloud and hybrid
environments.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure,
  and CI/CD.
• Expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and
  on-premises solutions (OpenShift, VMware Tanzu).
• Deep Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) with
  Helm, Kustomize, and Istio.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) –
  Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Ansible.
• Hands-on experience in #CI/CD automation – Jenkins, #ArgoCD,
  Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Proficient in Python, #Bash, and #Lamda for
  automation and scripting.
• Experience in #DevSecOps & cloud security
