Job summary

HireHouse is seeking an accomplished DevOps engineer to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-grade systems in a banking/financial services context. The role focuses on secure SDLC practices, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures across Azure and AWS.

You will implement DevSecOps controls, manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation, and drive automation across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting banking, financial services, digital channels, API platforms, or mission-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of API and microservices deployment strategies.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, resilience, high availability, disaster recovery, and platform observability.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering practices.
• Familiarity with change management, CAB approvals, release governance, and audit requirements in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Lead DevSecOps integration and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Implement scalable cloud-native architectures with Azure, AWS, and containers.
• Define IaC with Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation and manage secure configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance observability and reliability.
