Job summary

Ability Pediatric Rehab Center seeks a seasoned Consultant in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics to lead clinical care for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility to obtain it.
• Board Certification or Fellowship in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for neurodevelopmental and behavioral pediatric patients.
• Oversee integrated care plans across therapy disciplines (OT, speech, psychology, behavior).
• Mentor staff and contribute to clinical governance and audits.
