Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in a graphics design role within an advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 360-degree campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute big ideas that add value to clients and campaigns.
• Create visually impactful designs aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to integrate design across touchpoints.
• Guard brand guidelines and ensure consistency and quality.
• Mentor junior designers and communicate concepts to stakeholders.
