Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and operating ML algorithms for industrial use cases.
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing environments.
• Proven domain expertise in asset management, process optimisation, or predictive maintenance.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in real-world industrial settings.
• Experience with scalable ML systems (MapReduce, streaming frameworks).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineers and domain experts.
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML algorithms for reliability monitoring and predictive maintenance.
• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from problem definition through deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineers and subject matter experts to identify and interpret data elements.
• Translate operational requirements into analytical ML-driven solutions.
• Design and implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, testing, versioning, and monitoring.
• Communicate technical insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
