About the role

Role: Permanent
Location: Onsite in Dubai
Adecco is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for our prestigious client in Dubai
12-15 years total IT experience.
Last 5 years should be in AI/ML solutions engineering.
At least 3 years in each previous organization (no frequent job changes).

What you’ll be doing

• Data Analysis and Modeling – Use statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and other techniques to analyze data, identify patterns, and build predictive models.
• Business Problem Solving – Apply data analysis skills to address specific business challenges, improve efficiency, identify new opportunities, and optimize decision‑making.
• Data Collection and Preparation – Gather data from various sources, clean and preprocess it for analysis, and ensure its quality and integrity.
• Mentoring a team of 6–8 members.

About you

Great communication and ability to simplify complex topics.
Hands‑on experience in AI/ML system development.
Ability to design architecture, build POCs, and deploy production‑grade AI solutions.
Experience in:

• Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
• Structured and unstructured data (text, time series, image).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• On‑premises solution development.
