Job summary

MAIR GROUP - P.J.S.C is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design scalable data platforms on Snowflake for retail analytics. You will build ELT pipelines for POS, e-commerce, CRM, inventory and supply chain data, and leverage Snowflake Cortex for AI-driven analytics.

You will integrate data from ERP/OMS/WMS and develop data models for sales, margins and inventory metrics, ensuring data governance and cost optimization across datasets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex (AI/ML functions, LLM-powered analytics).
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Airflow, etc.).
• Strong understanding of retail data models and KPIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Snowflake or cloud certifications (good to have).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data platforms on Snowflake for retail analytics.
• Build and optimize ELT pipelines for retail data (POS, e-commerce, CRM, inventory, supply chain).
• Leverage Snowflake Cortex to enable AI-driven use cases (segmentation, personalization, product recommendations).
• Integrate data from ERP/OMS/WMS/e-commerce platforms.
• Develop data models for key retail metrics (sales, margins, inventory turnover).
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance across datasets.
