Job summary

TMC Middle East is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own enterprise-wide reporting and deliver measurable impact in a prestigious Dubai-based setting. The role requires expert Power BI skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear decisions for senior stakeholders.

You will design dashboards, build data models, define KPI frameworks, and uphold data quality and governance in a structured, high-stakes environment. Arabic fluency is preferred, with immediate joiners encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role within a large or complex organization.
• Expert Power BI skills including DAX, dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide reporting and actionable recommendations.
• GCC/UAE government or regulatory experience preferred.
• Arabic fluency preferred.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Build and optimize data models using best-practice transformation techniques to ensure consistency and reliability
• Define KPI frameworks and performance reporting structures in partnership with business units
• Champion data quality, governance, and accuracy standards across the organization
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Analyst role within a large or complex organization
• Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices
• Strong data modeling and transformation experience across structured and semi-structured environments
• Prior experience with government, regulatory, or large public-sector organizations in the UAE or GCC is strongly preferred
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred
