Job summary

Halian Group is seeking a Data Analyst specializing in Power BI and Cloud Analytics in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable business insights, building executive dashboards, KPI reporting frameworks, and enterprise-grade reporting solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to deliver scalable reporting in cloud environments, leveraging Power BI and various AWS/Azure/GCP services as part of corporate and investment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Experience building executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data visualization solutions
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of data modelling and reporting best practices
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across Corporate & Investment Banking functions. This role will focus on transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights through advanced reporting, dashboard development, and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineers to design and deliver enterprise-grade reporting solutions, with a particular focus on Power BI and cloud-based analytics environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services and a proven track of building executive dashboards, KPI reporting frameworks, and management information solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Power BI certifications preferred
