Job summary

CoreAxis seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead full-cycle ERP deployments across the MENA region. You will partner with clients, configure modules, and drive successful go-lives while mentoring junior staff.

You will run workshops, create functional designs, and manage data migrations and integrations with ISV solutions. English is essential; Arabic is a strong plus, and a hybrid work model applies in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on D365 F&O experience.
• Experience across Finance, SCM or Manufacturing modules.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholders.
• English fluency; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Run workshops and translate business requirements into design.
• Configure Finance, SCM and Manufacturing modules per client needs.
• Develop data migration strategies using DIXF/DMF and validate results.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and ISV extensions.
• Prepare UAT scripts and training materials for users.
• Mentor junior consultants and uphold delivery standards.
• Act as trusted advisor, managing expectations and escalations.
