Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Engineer in Dubai to deploy and optimize PAM, DLP, and Email Security across hybrid environments. You will work with FortiPAM, FortiDLP, and FortiMail, securing privileged accounts, data, and email infrastructure.

The role requires 3–5 years of enterprise cybersecurity ops, plus strong scripting and SIEM skills. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on enterprise cybersecurity operations experience.
• Experience with at least two PAM/DLP/Email security stacks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support FortiPAM, FortiDLP, and FortiMail solutions.
• Manage privileged accounts, credential vaulting, password rotation, RBAC, MFA, and session recording.
• Configure DLP policies to protect sensitive data across endpoints, email, web, and cloud apps.
• Integrate security platforms with AD/Entra ID, LDAP, SAML/SSO, SIEM, SOC, and M365.
• Maintain security documentation, SOPs, audit logs, and disaster-recovery procedures.
