Job summary

MultiBank Group seeks a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join its Technology division. This hands-on role requires deep expertise across SIEM, EDR, PAM, DLP, cloud security, firewalls, identity management, threat detection, and incident response.

You will defend the organization, elevate security posture, conduct advanced threat hunting, and automate workflows across global systems. The ideal candidate works proactively in a fast-paced environment with strong scripting skills and collaboration

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security operations roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Azure Sentinel/QRadar).
• Experience with EDR/XDR platforms such as Defender/CrowdStrike.
• PAM solutions (Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, ARCOS).
• DLP platforms including Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview, or Symantec.
• Firewalls/IPS/WAF tech (Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, Cisco, Forcepoint).
• IAM (SSO/MFA, conditional access).
• Data classification, labeling, encryption.
• Multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CSPM tooling.
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001:2022, NIST CSF.
• Threat intel feeds and proactive threat hunting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, tune, and optimize SIEM platforms (Azure Sentinel, QRadar).
• Manage Defender across endpoints, servers, and cloud workloads.
• Conduct advanced threat hunting using SIEM/EDR/cloud telemetry.
• Build and maintain incident response playbooks with SOAR.
• Implement SSO, MFA, conditional access, and Zero Trust policies.
• Deploy and optimize PAM solutions (Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, ARCOS).
• Regularly perform access reviews and enforce RBAC.
• Deploy DLP across endpoints, email, and cloud; classify and encrypt data.
• Harden servers and network devices; manage firewalls, IPS, WAF, proxies.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, patch validation, and attack surface assessments.
• Develop automation scripts for threat detection and response; integrate with SOAR.
• Support business continuity docs and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with IT/DevOps/Platform for remediation.
