Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Administration Officer with a strong corporate banking background to join our team. You will oversee corporate credit facility documentation and post-disbursement activities.

The role requires 5+ years in banking, including credit administration, and proficiency with the T24 core banking system. Arabic-English bilingual communication is essential for cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in credit administration.
• Mandatory banking experience and knowledge of corporate credit products and facilities.
• Experience with facility limit management and credit administration processes.
• Working knowledge of T24 Core Banking System.
• Understanding of banking regulations, compliance and internal controls.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and verify corporate credit facility documentation, including agreements, offer letters, security documents and related instruments.
• Ensure all executed documents are aligned with approved credit terms, conditions and covenants.
• Manage customer facility limits, including creation, amendments, extensions, cancellations and closures in the core banking system.
• Ensure all conditions precedent are fulfilled before facility activation and drawdown.
• Monitor outstanding documentation, exceptions, deferrals and approval conditions.
• Set up and monitor financial and non-financial covenants, insurance renewals, valuations and other post-disbursement requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit and Relationship Management teams on documentation, approvals and amendments.
• Manage security releases, mortgage discharges and facility closures in line with bank procedures.
• Maintain accurate credit files, prepare MIS reports and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory requirements and maker-checker controls.
