Qualifications

As the Senior Creative Designer, you will lead and execute integrated design projects. combining digital, motion, and AI-driven creativity to deliver impactful regional campaigns. This role ensures brand consistency, innovation, and timely delivery of impactful creative work that resonates with local markets and supports our global brand objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Asset Management: Oversee and organise creative assets, prioritising requests and ensuring seamless collaboration across local and global teams.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Maintain and optimise asset libraries to improve accessibility and production speed.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Design high-quality visuals, edit videos and audio content, and apply a test-and-learn mindset to maximise campaign performance.
  • Branding & Identity Design: Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing and digital assets, producing innovative designs for launches and campaigns.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Assets: Create impactful graphics, illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials for digital, print, and presentations.
  • Video & Motion Graphics: Produce animations, banners, and interactive content for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Marketing & Event Support: Design landing pages, exhibition stands, invites, and event collateral aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Partner closely with marketing and content teams to ensure creative assets reinforce messaging and deliver measurable impact.
  • Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design, motion, AI, and fintech marketing trends, using emerging tools to elevate creative output.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8 years in creative design, preferably in fintech, media, or digital marketing environments.
  • Language: fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma; Premier Pro and After Effects for video; PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote for presentations.
  • Motion Design: Strong capability in creating and editing animations and video assets using tools like After Effects or similar.
  • AI Tools: Fluency with creative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Sora) to enhance ideation and production workflows.
  • Creative Excellence: Proven ability to deliver brand-consistent, high-impact designs under tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional partners in marketing and content.
