Job summary

iMaker Group seeks a Senior Creative Designer to craft luxury-grade social media content and convert complex project data into engaging visuals. You will shoot, select, and retouch photography and renders, collaborating closely with design and build teams to unveil compelling project stories while preserving the brand identity.

You will develop visual content for Instagram and other platforms, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and composition across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably luxury/lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio with high-quality visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphic designs communicating architecture, interiors, materials, concepts, and project stories.
• Translate technical information into accessible social media content.
• Select and curate strongest imagery, drawings, renders, and visuals for digital platforms.
• Develop concepts for Instagram and other platforms aligned with the brand.
• Edit and retouch photographs to achieve a polished, luxury look.
• Maintain visual consistency, typography, color, and brand guidelines across socials.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Interior Design, and 3D teams to extract visual stories.
• Organize a library of photographs and assets for ongoing content creation.
• Produce high-quality social media visuals (posts, carousels, Stories, Reels).
• Capture and edit photography of architecture, interiors, details, and materials.

Summary of the role:

The Senior Creative Designer creates polished, luxury-style social media content and turns technical project information into engaging visuals. They also shoot, select, and retouch project photography and renders. They work closely with the design and build teams to uncover the strongest project stories and bring them to life while staying true to the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphic designs that communicate architecture, interiors, materials, concepts, and project stories effectively.
• Translate technical and design-focused information into accessible, engaging, and visually strong social media content
• Select and curate the strongest project imagery, details, drawings, renders, and visuals for use across digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for Instagram and other social media platforms, ensuring content is visually engaging while remaining aligned with the brand.
• Edit and retouch photographs to achieve a polished, consistent, and luxury-oriented visual style.
• Maintain strong visual consistency, typography, color, composition, and brand guidelines across all social media communications.
• Work closely with the Architecture, Interior Design, and 3D teams to understand projects and identify the strongest visual stories and content opportunities.
• Organize and maintain a library of photographs, graphics, project imagery, and digital assets for ongoing content creation.
• Develop and design high-quality social media visual content, including posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, and editorial-style content.
• Take, curate, and edit high-quality photography of architecture, interiors, details, materials, products, and completed projects.
• Stay informed about evolving trends in graphic design, photography, architecture, interiors, luxury branding, and social media content, while maintaining the brand's distinctive visual identity.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within architecture, interior design, real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong Graphic Design skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual communication.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• Strong understanding of architecture and interior design and the ability to communicate design concepts visually.
• Excellent eye for composition, proportion, color, typography, lighting, and visual detail.
• Experience creating visual content specifically for social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Ability to combine photography, graphic design, typography, video, and storytelling into cohesive social media visual content.
• Understanding of basic video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Photography skills, particularly in architecture, interiors is an advantage.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop ideas from concept through to final execution.
• Excellent English and Arabic language skills

Working conditions and environment:

• Position is full-time based from our Dubai office, 5-days a week.
• The position requires international travel to other countries to cover events, site progress, and other activities.
