Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer for a PMC role supporting a major gas onshore project in Abu Dhabi. The position is site-based with full-time work.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering and at least 15 years in cost estimation for oil & gas or LNG, with PMC/EPC experience and proficiency in MTOs, BOQs, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 15+ years in cost estimation in oil & gas / LNG projects.
• Strong experience in PMC or EPC environments.
• Proven experience in large-scale upstream, offshore, or LNG project.
• Strong knowledge of MTOs, BOQs, and cost control principles.
• Familiarity with international standards and industry practices.
• ADNOC project experience preferred.
