Responsibilities

• Maintain CIPC records and relevant corporate filings.
• Lead licence applications and renewals with regulatory boards.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts embedding legal requirements.
• Assist finance with SARB approvals and manage tax implications.
• Conduct legal due diligence for M&A activities in Africa.
• Oversee disputes with vendors and regulators.
• Implement governance training and policy rollouts.
