Job summary

MAIR Group seeks a Senior Specialist – Designer to craft compelling visuals across corporate, investor relations and digital channels. You will own creative concepts, guide typography and imagery, and ensure bilingual English/Arabic materials align with brand identities.

Lead production for annual and sustainability reports, presentations, social media and multimedia outputs, while mentoring others and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5–7 years in graphic/corporate design.
• Experience creating bilingual English/Arabic materials and corporate publications.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visual direction for major corporate projects.
• Lead design for Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports and governance materials.
• Design investor relations visuals, presentations and results communications.
• Create executive and internal communications visuals with strong hierarchy.
• Develop digital assets for social media, multimedia and websites.
• Maintain brand identity across subsidiaries and group templates.
• Guide other designers and ensure timely delivery with QA checks.
• Provide English/Arabic bilingual production with RTL layout considerations.
