Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel based in Dubai to provide essential legal support to the board of directors and senior management. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance, corporate governance practices, and company administration.

Responsibilities include preparing board meeting materials, communicating with external legal counsel, and maintaining corporate governance standards. A Bachelor's degree in Law and 5-7 years of relevant experience are required, along with excellent English and ideally fluent Arabic proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience as a company secretary or corporate legal counsel.
• Solid understanding of Middle East corporate and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute notices, agendas, and supporting materials for board meetings.
• Provide guidance and support to directors and senior management on governance matters.
• Communicate with legal advisors and auditors on compliance issues.
