Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably in Corporate and/or Airline segments.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business plan for Corporate and Airline segments.
- Build and grow relationships with key corporate clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through sales calls.
- Manage RFIs/RFPs, ensuring timely submissions.
- Lead negotiations to secure high-yield partnerships.
