Job summary

A leading international hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Manager responsible for driving performance and revenue growth across the Corporate and Airline segments. Candidates should have 5-7 years of hotel sales experience and a proven track record in relationship management. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems. Join a vibrant team and help build strong partnerships within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in hotel sales, with a strong background in Corporate and/or Airline segments.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with multicultural awareness.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Prior experience within Accor or other international hotel brands in the UAE or GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured business plan for Corporate and Airline segments.
  • Build and grow relationships with key corporate clients and airline partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through sales calls and networking.
  • Lead negotiations with airlines and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Operations teams for pricing and service delivery.
