Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial activities for ADNOC Offshore projects.

The role coordinates between ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors and other stakeholders to protect commercial interests and ensure compliance with project procedures. Required are 15–20 years in contracts and senior management on major EPC/EPCI projects, plus strong knowledge of ADNOC contracting practices and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• MBA or related commercial management degree preferred.
• 15–20 years in contracts, commercial and project management in Oil & Gas.
• 10+ years in senior contracts management on major EPC/EPCI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and management of EPC, procurement, consultancy, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements.
• Interpret contractual provisions and advise project teams.
• Monitor contractor performance against obligations and maintain records.
• Administer amendments, variations, and change orders.
• Develop contract administration procedures and controls.
• Support cost control and project controls teams on contract matters.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and settlement discussions.
