Job summary

MPH in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Contracts Engineer to manage end-to-end contract administration for EPC/EPCM projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Candidate should hold a degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years in contracts/commercial roles, and UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of Contracts/Commercial experience in Oil & Gas/EPC.
• Experience with Onshore Oil & Gas projects and UAE/GCC environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments, and variations.
• Handle claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
• Monitor obligations, deliverables, and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and contractual exposures.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Project, and Finance teams.
• Support tender documentation, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
