Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of prime contract administration experience is required.
• Requires comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and prime contract negotiation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• Working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Participates in strategic planning activities for specific projects.
• Provides technical guidance to assigned personnel.
• Collaborates with Division and project management for proposal preparation.
• Reviews requests for proposals for risks and contractual terms.
• Negotiates complex contractual issues with clients.
• May represent the Company at regulatory hearings.
• Maintains active participation in professional societies.
