Key responsibilities include managing claims, variations, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with BIM Group’s governance processes. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of UAE construction projects, particularly with Tier-1 contractors or developers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in contract administration and commercial management.
• Strong experience in UAE construction projects, preferably in Dubai.
• Experience with developers, consultants, or Tier-1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects during procurement and execution.
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with contract conditions.
• Support preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Review and assess contractor claims and variations.
• Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks.
