Job summary

KEO Group seeks a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our Ras Al Khaimah team. You will manage the contract life-cycle, safeguard the client’s financial and legal interests, and ensure payments align with site progress.

You’ll collaborate with site teams to enforce contractual obligations and drive close-out efficiently. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a PMC, a Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, and MRICS would be a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a similar role within a PMC.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• MRICS affiliation and/or qualification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure contracts and related documents are comprehensive and compliant.
• Assist PM Team in reviewing tenders and contracts status.
• Monitor compliance with contract requirements and milestones.
• Provide analysis of historical contract data, variations, and trends.
• Maintain CMIS and secure records of contract documents.
• Prepare periodic contract status and progress reports for management.
• Manage logs and records of correspondence, claims and documentation.
• Evaluate contractor payment applications and IPCs against site progress.
• Assess and manage variation orders and claims with cost/time impact.
• Collaborate with site engineers to verify works align with contractual specs.
