We’re looking for a rigorous, detail-obsessed writer to own our editorial output end-to-end. You’ll translate complex, technical topics into clear, human language; maintain a spotless factual record; and craft content that strengthens trust with prospects, affiliates, customers, media and partners.

You understand the affiliate marketing industry, and you can move seamlessly between brand storytelling, product explainers, compliance-aware copy, and long‑form thought leadership.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the written content across all areas: website, product explainers, PR, blogs, training materials and internal communications.
  • Understand how affiliate marketing, education and technology connect and write in a way that brings them together seamlessly.
  • Create a consistent tone and voice that reflects professionalism, credibility, and accuracy.
  • Learn our products deeply and translate complex systems or tools into accessible, confident language.
  • Write, edit, and review all key content, ensuring every word is factual, aligned and purposeful.
  • Build internal content systems: editorial processes, guidelines, glossaries, and review structures.
  • Work closely with leadership, product, legal, and design teams to ensure every message is compliant and consistent.
  • Oversee fact‑checking, research validation, and brand alignment across all materials.
Who you are
  • A senior‑level writer or editor with 6–10 years of experience in brand, communications, or editorial leadership.
  • Exceptional command of English and a strong instinct for flow, tone, and clarity.
  • Able to simplify technical or complex topics without losing depth or accuracy.
  • Confident managing content workflows and setting editorial direction for others.
  • Fact‑driven, structured, and deeply detail‑oriented.
  • Understands or is eager to learn how the affiliate marketing industry operates, its structure, tone, compliance sensitivities, and storytelling approach.
Preferred but not required
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, affiliate marketing, or AI‑driven education tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and performance‑driven content strategies.
  • Experience working directly with PR and communications leads or senior management.
  • Additional language (Italian, German and Spanish).
