SearchPlus HR is assisting a leading private hospital in the UAE to hire a Consultant Pulmonologist in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of respiratory diseases in adults.

The ideal candidate will hold MBBS/MD, postgraduate training in Pulmonology, board certification, and at least 5 years of post-specialty experience, with strong EMR skills and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifikationen

• MBBS/MD from a recognized institution and postgraduate pulmonology training.
• Board Certification or Fellowship in Pulmonology.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialty experience as a Consultant Pulmonologist.
• Expertise in pulmonary function testing, bronchoscopy, and sleep medicine is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and patient management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of respiratory conditions including asthma and COPD.
• Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests and imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Perform bronchoscopy and related procedures when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise junior physicians.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients on disease management and prevention.
• Contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
