Job summary
A leading private hospital in the UAE is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Pathologist (Australian Board) to join its diagnostic medicine team. The successful candidate will provide expert pathology services, including diagnostic interpretation, laboratory consultation, and clinical support to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis in accordance with international standards.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in diagnostic pathology
- Ability to provide laboratory consultation and clinical support
- Commitment to quality assurance and accreditation standards
- Experience with multidisciplinary team collaboration and CME
Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnostic pathology services across anatomical and/or clinical disciplines.
- Examine and interpret histopathology, cytology, hematology and microbiology investigations.
- Review surgical pathology specimens and cytology samples.
- Provide clinical consultation to physicians on findings and investigations.
- Participate in tumor boards and clinical case discussions.
- Ensure timely and accurate pathology reports and QA compliance.
- Mentor junior pathologists and staff where applicable.
