Job summary

Syner-G in Dubai is seeking a senior Analytical Chemistry leader to oversee design, validation, and execution of analytical methods for oligonucleotides and peptides. You will ensure robust QC, compliance, and successful method transfers to CDMO partners.

Collaborate with CMC teams, formulation scientists, and QA while mentoring junior staff.IND/CTA submissions and regulatory strategy will be a core focus, requiring 10+ years in analytical chemistry and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytical chemistry.
• Specialized expertise in oligonucleotide and peptide analysis.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidance and submission preparation.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally within CMC teams.
