Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive site engineering or construction supervision experience.
• Proven experience managing complex construction projects in relevant sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors and site personnel to optimize workflow.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, resolving deviations from schedule.
