Job summary

ARCCO (Al Raeel National General Contracting Co.) in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise diverse construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety and timely delivery. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and field teams to meet specifications and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background, UAE MOFA attestation, PMP or equivalent, and hands-on leadership managing ADNOC Onshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with UAE MOFA attestation preferred.
• Minimum 19+ years in construction project management with leadership experience.
• Experience with ADNOC Onshore projects is highly desirable.
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors to define project specs.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from authorities as needed.
• Plan resources and schedule to meet deadlines within budget.
• Supervise construction operations and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor project milestones.
