The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 15+ years of CM experience, and proven ADNOC project exposure, with strong leadership and proficiency in CM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record.
• Wide experience and strong knowledge with ADNOC Projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
