Job summary

Penspen International Limited is seeking an experienced project professional to lead and supervise multiple projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring contractor performance, implementing company policies on safety, quality, and environment, and coordinating cost estimates and schedules for management endorsement.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, has 20 years of experience with at least 12 years in a similar role, is fluent in Arabic and English, and

Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic & English (verbal & written).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
UAE driving license holder and Abu Dhabi resident preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise multiple projects in different areas and locations.
Direct, supervise and control quality and progress of work performed by construction contractors.
Ensure company policies on technical, safety, quality and environment are implemented.
Review and recommend development of cost estimates and schedules for management approval.
Monitor implementation of budget, schedule and quality at stages of project execution to ensure adherence to plan.
Conduct regular weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors and PMCs to resolve bottlenecks and ensure schedule adherence.
