Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead on-site activities for major Oil & Gas projects, with extensive leadership of multi-discipline teams in the Middle East.

You will oversee safety, quality and progress, coordinate manpower, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 25+ years in Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years as Construction Manager in Oil & Gas projects.
• At least 5 years as Sr Construction Manager in the Middle East.
• Leadership to manage all indirect and direct manpower on site and deliver progress.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree IN Engineering
• 25 years or more experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Construction Manager in the Oil & Gas Projects.
• At least 5 years’ experience working as a Sr Construction Manager in the Middle East Countries
• Having leadership quality to manage all indirect and direct manpower on site and deliver the planned progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
